Investing in a Forex pool is a high-risk financial activity. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose entirely. This platform is not a bank, and your funds are not insured by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) or any other government body. Past performance of this pool does not predict future results. Stated monthly return rates are targets only — they are not guaranteed, not contractual, and may not be achieved in any given month.
Rudra FX Pool operates as a pooled Forex investment vehicle. Investor capital is combined into a collective fund which is then traded in the foreign exchange (Forex) market by a professional trading team. Monthly profits (if any) generated by the pool are distributed to investors according to their plan tier and investment amount.
This is fundamentally different from a savings account, fixed deposit, or money market fund. There is no guaranteed rate of return and no capital protection. This type of investment is appropriate only for individuals who:
The foreign exchange market is the world's largest and most liquid financial market, trading over $7 trillion per day. It is also one of the most volatile. Currency prices can change dramatically within seconds due to economic data releases, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, and market sentiment. This volatility creates both opportunity and substantial risk for pool traders.
Professional Forex trading typically involves the use of leverage, which amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. If leverage is used in managing pool funds, losses can exceed the amount initially deployed in a specific trade. While our trading team uses stop-loss mechanisms to limit drawdowns, these do not guarantee against loss.
Forex trading involves the simultaneous buying and selling of currency pairs. Unexpected shifts in exchange rates — particularly against the Nigerian Naira — can result in losses even when a trade strategy is fundamentally sound.
While the Forex market is generally highly liquid, certain market conditions (e.g., bank holidays, extreme volatility events, system outages) can reduce liquidity and make it difficult to exit positions at desired prices, potentially resulting in greater losses than anticipated.
Pool funds are deployed through third-party Forex brokers. While we work only with reputable brokers, the risk of broker insolvency, platform outage, or regulatory action cannot be fully eliminated and could affect the pool's ability to exit positions or recover funds.
The monthly return percentages displayed on this platform are explained in full detail below:
| Plan | Target Monthly Return | Risk Level | What "Target" Means |
|---|---|---|---|
| 🌱 Starter | 5% | Medium | Historical average; not guaranteed each month |
| 📈 Growth | 8% | Medium-High | Historical average; not guaranteed each month |
| 💎 Premium | 12% | High | Historical average; significant loss risk |
| 🏆 Elite | 15% | Very High | Historical average; significant loss risk |
| 🌍 Global | 20% | Very High | Historical average; highest loss exposure |
In any given month, returns may be: (a) at or above target, (b) below target, (c) zero — no profit distributed, or (d) negative — representing a loss against principal. Option (d) is uncommon but possible during severe market disruptions.
You can lose your entire investment. While the Company employs risk management tools including stop-loss limits, position sizing, and portfolio diversification, no risk management approach can guarantee against total capital loss in all market conditions. Extreme events such as flash crashes, central bank interventions, geopolitical shocks, or liquidity crises can cause losses that exceed normal risk parameters.

To put this investment in context:
The difference in potential return is directly proportional to the difference in risk. Higher potential return always means higher risk.
